Professional Pasta is an integrated communication project managed by Nuova Editrice S.r.l. on the international scale dealing with pasta and every other activity involved in its production, from the raw materials to the final product distribution and commerce. This project basically includes two means:
* the free Newsletter;
* this web site
Its aim is twofold:
* To provide companies with a specific professional environment where they can market their products;
* To provide a permanent conference on pasta where all aspects relating to the subject are treated: market structure and figures, production, technology, product marketing, scientific research, law, history and culture.
As a mean of promotion, Professional Pasta does not follow the standard idea of advertising.
The promotion basically involves large and sounded information, through which the customer and/or the web visitor may become acquainted with the company profiles and directly address their staff for appropriate technical solutions.
Thus, the Newsletter becomes a permanent catalogue of technical solutions provided by the participating companies, whereas the web site functions as information for the clients to be, directing the contacts obtained towards the single company webpages.
